It’s time to get specific with glutes! Glute Gains focuses on controlled movements and time under tension to lift and shape your glutes. Build lower body lean muscle and add functional strength with this resistance band led workout. Activate and engage.


Get your Heart pumping

This session focuses on athletic power techniques like jumping and sprinting, and active recovery, to push yourself that little bit further. Step, jump, hop and dance to choreographed moves to build into a routine you’ll be proud of! This energetic cardiovascular based class incorporates simple footwork patterns to the latest music. Work your whole body, elevate your heart rate and improve. A low impact option for the joints, enjoy classic Zumba moves, while surrounded in water to act as resistance.

Calm the mind and energize the body. A half an hour guided meditation class. The meditation technique used is called ‘Anapana’ which means to be mindful of ones breath.
